School Facilities

COCHA Centre of Culinary Hotel Arts Training and Assessment Inc. was established in 2011. Our home is located at Unit C 2nd Floor Lourdes Arcade Building, #986 Tandang Sora Avenue, Old Balara, Quezon City. We offer wide variety of courses accredited by the Technical Education Skills and Development Authority (TESDA) which include Culinary Skills and Hotel Management, Food and Beverage Services, Bartending, Cookery, and Bread and Pastry Production.

 

         At the center of our mission is the commitment to provide students with best of Asian Culinary Skills to enable them with confidence and competence to work in Asian Kitchens in five star hotels, Specialty Restaurants, International Cruise Lines, International Hospital Restaurants, Airlines Catering, Golf Club Resorts and many others across the world.

Tools & Equipments

COCHA Hotel School is a flagship school in Hotel Management Studies. We believe in people-centered management approach which is fast becoming a pillar of the hotel industry around the world. With the vast experience from working abroad, our teachers and trainers are committed to creating high-quality learning experiences for students.

 

         We aim to nurture professionalism and excellence as foundations hospitality management and services. Our hotel operations studies are combined with computer studies and personality development aimed at producing competent managers and skilled personnel for global hotel and restaurant industries.

We offer only the best for we believe in the potentials of the Filipino youth. Our school offers TESDA Competency Courses such as FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES NC II, BARTENDING NC II, BREAD AND PASTRY PRODUCTION NC II and COOKERY NC II. These courses are well designed so that the students will have comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of the hospitality industry

 THE CULINARY CENTRE

Our courses are formulated by award winning Asian Chefs. The structure of these courses are based on Asia and Global Hotel industry demands. We are one of the culinary schools in the country that train students on authentic Asian Cuisines and Fusion and Organic Cooking. We offer exclusive and intensive culinary programs. Our faculty members are specially engaged from abroad with the competence of providing the best training and international exposure that students need. We have state of the art kitchen technology complemented with safe and efficient equipment acquired after advised by the Asian Expatriate Chefs.
